Visa Trouble

Dear Readers, Its true story going now please read this very carefully to understand the situation & suggest the solution.

I’m going to share with you about interesting and this is unheard up message. But please give the best idea to solve this problem after read it.

One of my friend name Haabi (Name Changed) was come to Qatar with the three month work Visa two find new vacant, with him another person that is Haabi’s Friend San (Name Changed) also arrived to Qatar same purpose & same like Haabi’s visa.

Haabi was found a new job his three months work visa expired after now he is working on good company ABC. Same like as Haabi, San also got a new job with different company XYZ.

Now the problem climax start, San’s XYZ company asked the documents, NOC & Visa Copy from SAN.

According to the XYZ requests San submitted the documents to San’s working company XYZ. Unfortunately, he missed place the visa copy of Haabi’s one inside his document file while he submitting but he doesn’t know about it. Also XYZ Company did the VISA changing process for San with Haabi’s VISA Copy. This VISA also changed to under Company XYZ not to San, Its Actually changed to Haabi. So Haabi is working ABC Company but Visa was transferred to XYZ Company without his knowledge.

Remind! Haabi’s 3 Months work Visa already expired but he has NOC Paper of sponsor & his new company ABC still not change the visa under the company. Now Company ABC asked the documents to Haabi, in this situation he is received information his visa transferred to XYZ Company by mistakenly then he checked with the MOI Website and he confirmed that information.

In this case Company XYZ Saying we will cancel the visa so it will automatically go to your previous 3 months sponsor. But 3 months sponsor is already expired. The ABC Company advised to Haabi to get NOC Paper from XYZ Company.

But Company XYZ they don’t like to give NOC Paper for him. But the Mistakes did by PRO, HR of Company XYZ and San; they didn’t verify the documents before applying the visa transferring process.

So I’m coming to ask what is the solution can we do as a legal action for this. In this case 100% no mistakes of Haabi. Total mistakes did by XYZ Company So, he don’t like to lose anything even exit from the country.

Haabi also talked with Company XYZ’s HR & PRO. But those are trying to escape from this case.
