Need for Help how to complained Labor & Human Rights

Dear QL Friends I am Electrical engineer past 7 years worked here. Recently I resigned (now notice period )this month is last. Company don’t have my 7 years Gratuity & 2 month salary & 2 years leave salary also. This all benefits how to get from company & how to complained labor & human rights Department.
