I AM AN INDIAN CITIZEN I TRANSFER MY QATAR VISA TO ONE ANOTHER COMPANY ON 25-3-2013 NOW I GOT ONE GOOD OFFER FROM ANOTHER COMPANY .I REQUEST THE COMPANY TO GIVE THE RELEASE LETTER BUT THEY ARE NOT GIVING RELEASE AND NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE.NOW MY VISA IS ALSO EXPIRED ON 25-3-2015 I HEARD THERE IS A GRACE PERIOD FOR 3 MONTHS NOW COMPANY IS NOT RENEWING MY VISA.WHAT SHOULD I DO LEGALLY I CAN GET NO OBJECTION OR RELEASE LETTER FROM MINISTRY OF LABOR .SUPPOSE I GET RELEASE LETTER OR NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE IT IS POSIBBLE TO TRANSFER MY VISA IN GRACE PERIOD OR NEED VALID RESIDENTIAL PERMIT KINDLY ADVISE ANYONE!!!

Whether ID expired or Not the most important is NOC if your present company can provide that, then you can transfer locally without exiting the country,however IF also Grace period expired and still your ID not renewed there's huge penalty to be imposed and there are chances of you being deported since "Both parties" are in conflict...

i am also expecting answer for the same question because my visa also expired this month beginning and company is not allwoing me to go to join other company and also not renewing my ID. Fcuk E**pt :(
