which country to study in europe cheaper & have good future

i have completed my 3 years diploma in electrical technology. i also got 1 year field experience & now i am planning to study further & do b tech (electrical) in europe.
so please guys help me which country to study in europe is cheaper & also have good future to settle there.
please also mention universities for b.tech (electrical).

The UK has expensive universities. Are they better? Einstein got his degree in Germany. University tuition is free. But you have to speak German to be allowed to be registered. Maybe brit's advice will suit you better because of the language.
If you're looking to study and settle than go for Australia or Newzealand

Germany has free education, France has cheap education, Spain is also cheap. Actually many European countries have free university education, so it is up to you to see which language you would go for. Unfortunately not all of them have English courses in the speciality you want.
