Looking to join a new company leaving my current company

Hi,
I am in Doha since last two years working for a company, now I got a new offer and my current sponsor don't want to loose me and also donot want to decline my NOC request, so he told me that he will give me NOC (kind of new), which is renewable every 6 months and that will allows to work for the new company without changing the sponsor ship.., he want me to stay under his sponsor ship and work for the new company or look any other job, current sponsor will renew my visa,
He also told me that it will be legally valid, can someone tell me what Kind of terms we called for this kind of noc or visa my current sponsor talks about..
and what are the pos and cons I will have with such NOC
this is a paper from moi immigration department both company has to sign and submit there cr and other documents u get 6 month legal permission to work in other company but this is like short time work many companies not accept this thay want visa transfer
In the long run it will not be in your favour .............. you will be standing on loose ground .............. go for the proper NOC & forget the old sponsor ..........
This is called 'Secondment' and it is legal. There is a form from the MOI which has to be signed by both sponsors if they agree.
Your current sponsor can "lend" you out for 6 month (QR 600.-). He has to apply for this at the Labor Ministry or do it online.
