Employing a maid from another family

I have been trying to find a formal (i.e. Qatari government) website that details the requirements for taking over a maid from another family, however, I have not been able to find anything. Could someone please advise if there is such a website?

If not, could someone please advise me of the requirements/process. Both the family that is leaving Qatar, ourselves, and the maid are all happy about the situation. So what next...?

Do we just draw up a contract? Do we need to get approval for taking on a maid (if so, from where - website link would be great pls), does the maid get her own visa extended etc.
