Hi all,

I would like to get clarified on most complicated part in this country - family visas

as my wife is pregnant and I would like to bring my mother in law and sister in law(age above 18) many people says that I cannot bring my sister in law in my sponsorship.

Please advise the procedure and can I have them here in visit visa - if yes, also do advise me that how many month can they stay here.

You comments and advise will be really valuable for me.

Hearty thanks for your valuable comments. Again, I would like to know whether I can bring my sister in law for 3months or more even if she is above 18??? Please comment. Thanks in advance.

Requirements for applying visa for other relatives :

Copy of personal ID or passport of the sponsor.

Copy of sponsor's wife's passport with valid residence permit or residential tenancy contract.

Letter from employer of the sponsor citing profession and salary.

Valid passport copy of the visitor.

Document to prove relationship .

i called my parents-in-laws and brother in-laws as well, they all left just yesterday. you can apply for ur parents-in-laws and sister-in-laws visa under your sponsorship without any hassle, just provide the proper documentation like ur ID & wife's ID & passport copies, NOC letter frm company, house rent agreement among others.

only 3 months they can stay and u hav to apply from your wife passport.Only your mother can stay 6 months and not in-laws.

yes you can.. I've just applied for my 2 sisters in law visa.i got the approval in 1 day..

they can stay here for 6 months after the medical.
