BANK VISA CARD NOT WORKING WITH PAYPAL

Thanks fellow Qlivers, your comments are awesome. I will do as said. Call my bank to know what is wrong and see if there is a solution from their end. In the absence of none, am good to transfer my little cash to a bank with that facility.

I believe you are linking this credit card with your old paypal account that is registered outside of Qatar. If UBL credit card is issued here in Qatar, you need to register a new Paypal account to be able to do that.

Promise, I believed any credit card type are accepted in Paypal you just have to call your Bank and activate your card the Facility to shop online which I did in my card.

So far I got good experienced in shopping online on eBay.

Molten, I have done 100s of purchases online and never got scammed. so skip the topic if you don't know what you are talking about.

Qatar shops are rip off for almost all the products. while the same or better available for almost 30% to 50% cheaper online.

Oh ya, make sure its "Credit Card" as debit cards doesn't work with PayPal. But I read QNB has an option to link their debit card also with PayPal if you have account with them. Please see below link.

Any credit card from any bank can be used with PayPal. It should be something to do with your bank only. please check with them. I have used Mashreq, CBQ and QNB without any problem.
