Need help for RP for myself and family

I am changing my JOB in Qatar from one company to another with NOC.I am living with my family.My question is" For changing sponsorship of my RP,Do i need to cancel my family RP? My family RP is on my sponsorship.
My family dont want to exit qatar and it can be done here.It is because my daughter's school can be continue.
Please advise.

Or, to make it clear to you, my wife and my children are under my sponsorship since 1993. I have changed the sponsor twice. Their RP was not affected by that. They were under MY sponsorship all the time!
There is no need to 'transfer' the family visa to a 'new' sponsorship. The sponsor is the same. It's the husband in this case. He doesn't change.
As of my knowledge no need to cancelled your Family RP, if you get NOC from your present employer your family members visa it will be automatically transfer under your sponsorship.
