Camera for rough use

Please tell me which is the best still camera, to be used in construction sites where dirt and dust is more. I am looking for a rough and tough model with good life in a reasonable price. Most of the chick cams have maximum three months life in site conditions. Appreciate your valuable suggestions.

Almost all the camera brands are having "Tough Series" cameras for extreme conditions.
