Read the Contract if they have given you which should be a legalized one by the Labor Office. The Contract should be having a clause stating the notice period either side needs to give in case of termination/resignation. If the contract is Fixed-term then the company can demand the money from you for the balance period of the contract which you are not willing to complete. If the Contract is not a Fixed-term contract, you can resign based on the clause giving the notice period required. The company should allow you to leave in this case, but you will need to bear the cost of the return ticket.
You can't concentration even for the one remaining month better resign now ............. .......... how come within a few months of working you changed your mind ? .................... .................
