Raheeb is it ok to make fun of somebody's local eating oil?Coconut oil is just now proved to be best oil for heart and reducing bad cholesterol.
From Kerala , Anything you know to cook without coconut will help you achieving your dream of good profit ,
First try to prepare a project report on feasibility, the crowd u r planning to serve, the timings, the staff, the resources and also plan that for the coming this much time u will not take anything from the profits at all.And also that unwill invest all back in restaurant.That way u can rise.
But what I suggest that better u start a very small outlet selling chicken biryani, rajma rice and some good quality sweet dish like rabri or gulab jamun.

And meanwhile keep running ur small outlet. Trust me u have to start from scratch n be alone rather being into partnership.
