good day all, yesterday i came to our Labor office POLO and asked some advice in the people incharge in the same case as my cousin is facing as of now, they advice me that my cousin need to contact them direct for they are needing some information and then they will advice her what to do next, but i asked some personnel in the same office they told me if she can run away from her current employer and go direct in the Phil Embassy or POLO, I asked them is it ok to do that and no extra burden or problem that the employer impose to her, they said just came direct here and we will see what the next step. They just gave me the direct number to be contact by my cousin, waiting for an update to my cousin and i will let you guys inform the development, Thank you for the advice, it helps a lot :-)

Disclose the name of the employer, the agency in the Philippines that handled the process and you can also complain in the labor office.

Make an official complaint in your country overseas dept, they will act on Qatar embassy to ascertain the facts, if its true, they will assist to help her legally. You need not worry abou, she'll be fine here at your embassy's care.

She took a good decision on not driving without a licence as she may have fallen into much trouble. As suggested by Unknown Expat, you should disclose the name of the employer here for all of us to know.
