cost of rent is soaring,so it appears to me.This way getting rid of partioning of Villas would mean that the average income expat would suffer.most peole would wish to live independently if it were not for the high rent.Partiotned villas sometimes are good but sometimes one can run into bad luck whereby tilets are generally converted as rooms and kitchen etc,and the sewage exploding in the rooms.Builders need to consider medium size villas purpose built,affordable for medium income prospec Tenants.I hoep someone shares my thoughts?
