Govnt should issue license to crack these agents. So we can get better service and get our money's worth
Cant blame them. Its because there are so rules and systems present for these kind of commission. Most of these real-estate agents are stand alone ( no visa, or private visa ) and making money without doing just anything. Just give an Ad, show the place and half month commission. lol ..... the funny and worst thing is that most of them are really really rude.

commission demanded by these agents are ridiculous, especially those real estate guys, who just post ad ad (with no pics, no real work) and demand half month commission. Fees are charges on services actually provided and you can complain and demand to rectify, if you are not satisfied with the services.
