IT Contractor Salary Advivce ?

Hi Guys I have 14 years experience in IT sector and have always worked as a permanent employee. No exposure with contract roles. I am being offered a contract position with one year rolling contract and company will sponsor residence permit plus health insurance. Rest of the expenses (airfare + kids schooling + house rent + Mobile + car expenses etc.) I have to add to my basis salary and give them an estimated amount which I want. I have 3 kids and 2 of them are school going. What should be the basic salary which I may negotiate ? Thanks in advance !!

15000 basic salary + house rent (?) + Kids schooling (?) + Mobile (?) + Car (?) = Total Salary p/m

can you plase advice the rough expenses estimate so that I can calculate full salary ?
