assalamalailum my name is mohammed sabir im indian .my company name is Hussain Mohsin Trade and Maint.Est.

im working in this company from one year

in interview my companey CEO told that i ill get the salary 2500/-

but after coming here he is giving 1800/- till now and duty timimg is 10hrs and no holiday for Friday.

He had not given the agreement also for his safty.

He gives the salary every month 10th to 15th but he makes the document of salary on the date of first or second.

im force fully not going on friday but others are going no one is staying in this company. for every one he is treating as a labour even for employs also and i had compleated my one year he is not giving the increment.

And he takes the duties of all workers on national day also he wont gives the time on ramdan timmings. He wont cares about even he is a muslim.

my family is poor family they are based on me only .and i has to do the marrages of my systers. i dont want to go bach to home i want to change my company. please give me any suggetions what i has to do. but i want to change my company please help

if the any company violate the agreement clauses than what should need to do,I signed the agreement and after two months they reduced my salary.i left my permanent job from my previous company on the basis of this opportunity
