Hi All,

I am from india. My employer applied for entry visa with my current passport which has single status.

I am married now. I want that to be updated in the passport .what is the suggested approach.

Can change the passport status to married after reaching qatar from our indian embassy? or can I change it in india only. If so does that effect the current entry visa.

Regards,

RaheemKDP

Once you got the approval of your visa, your company has to apply for medical appointment.

After your medical test approval, apply of finger prints, once it done you will get your RP done and will get your ID in few days. Visa processing duration 45 to 60days. Once you get your rp done you can enter your spouse name in passport from Indian embassy located at doha.

Make sure that you got your educational certificate attested…For Attestation & translation please contact to sheen services wll. http://sheenservices.com/contact-us.html - ph-44366147 / 55974495

i believe you want to add your spouse name in your passport right?? if yes you can come here and do it after your QID issued, U can get within 1 day in indian embassy here, if u wanna do in india u have to re-apply for a new passport.no additions/deletions are being carried out in indian passports now, they are issuing a new one, even for PCC also
