need help in getting health card

hello,

can someone provide info or give some advices ...

i need to get a health card - from hamad hospital they refer me to mesaimer health center > then mesaimer refer me to abu nakla health center (near industrial) since i live at zone 55 ...

then abunakla said i need a copy of electril bill just to prove i live at zone 55

i ask my tenant to provide me a copy of electril bill > he said that he only receive a "stub" then paying it to ooreedo

then ooreedo only issue receipt

my tenant said that the "stub" doesnt have any info just a piece of paper how much he will pay for the bill

please anyone who can give other options or advice how to get health card?

ask from your company to provide one........ they might help to get one some companies do..........
