Please help me, i need your advice, opinion or any suggestions...

I'm Filipina working before here in Qatar.. I went home to the Philippines last February 8, 2013.. And now i'm back here in Qatar last August 9, 2014 with Family visit visa.. I'm currently looking for a job.. Do you think i can find a company that will accept me without NOC? Because my previous company doesn't provide NOC..

Do you think it is better to go back from my previous company and continue to work there? or It's better to look for another company?

I need your help guys..

Kabayan family visit visa ka dba? Husband sponsor kba or Father sponsor? pwede kayo mag apply ng RP visa, change from visit visa to RP.Comply nyo lang ang requirements like min salary of the Sponsor is QR 10k, NOC sa company ng Father mo or Husband mo o kung sino ang mag sponsor sau, Bank statement for 6 consecutive months, Labor contract copy, copy of passport mo, NBI with attestation from Qatar Immigration at Philippine embassy atb please refer to moi for other requirements.

If u were working in Qatar on employment /resident visa on company sponsorship before then NOC is required for changing company.

Yes I heard that you don't need a NOC if you are joining the Government Organisations. ( I am not sure)

no chance not until the NOC requirement will be lifted..try your luck in part time job and after feb 2015 you are free!

Without NOC, you will not be able to get a job in Qatar and you started your 2 year ban starting Feb 8th 2013, it won't be until 7th Feb 2015 till you can freely apply. I would suggest to negotiate with your previous company to release NOC or try to talk to them for return to your previous job. Sounds like you are in a tough situation. Another consideration is to go to Dubai and find a job there for couple of months and return back to Qatar after Feb 2015 (thats if you still want to come back to Qatar).
