Need Help: Opening WLL Company/Profesion Change/

I want to know the process of opening wll contracting & Trading company. Currently I am under my father sponsership and my status on ID is STUDENT. I got a Qatari who is ready to do partnership business with me by 51%/49%. and for sponsership also. My Question is how can I change my profesion from STUDENT to MUDIR ? and for changing STUDENT to Mudir what minmum educational qualification certificate I need to provide? Need expert/Pro's help, I am ready to pay for it.
