hiring a housemaid already in Doha

Hi All,

We plan on interviewing a housemaid who is already present in Doha. This housemaid needs a new sponsor since old ones are leaving the country.

Can someone walk me through the hiring/sponsoring process? I already got a letter from my HR regarding the housemaid.

Do I need to work wih a manpower agency?

Not at all, if she has a release letter / NOC, your company's PRO can do the paperwork and or legwork for you. However, you can also check with an agency that handles recruitment of these workers. Diamond.... Michelle 7761 7424 / Jing 5501 0763. Good Luck
