Selling of Gluthation Injections and etc in Qatar

I have come across FB group based and managed by few individuals in Doha that promotes selling of various items from used personal & household items to medicines (gluthathione - capsules & injections). Their mobile numbers and locations ( administrators and sellers) are well posted and anyone interested can meet them up somewhere in Doha. I would like to know if Gluthation as an example, if legal to be peddled online in Qatar? How about home made/cooked food in bulk, and personal services, as i have noticed that several of them/individual has been doing it for business. Will I not be held liable should i do the same for an extra source of a living? thanks
