Family Visit Visa after Business Visa?

Hi,

My wife was in doha from June 1st week to July 1st week on a business visa as a conultant to a school in Doha.She exited the country on 4th July,2014

I am now planning to apply for a family visit visa (not RP as i do not have 6 months bank statement). I have heard that once someone exits the country they cannot return for 3 months in case of visit visas.

In case if i apply for my wife's visit visa will it be rejected citing grounds that she had exited last month? (though on a business visa)

Exiting from business visa, she can come back immediately on 6 months visit visa. The 3 months ban is between each visit visas only. Good luck.
