Family Visit Visa Requirements - Revisit

My Dears,

Need your urgent help on my situation:

I got my RP in May. I started my job in Doha by 1st June, 2014. I brought my family in Doha on Visit Visa by 8th June, 2014. I have rented apartment for one year. On 6th July, I extended my family visit visa for another month. Now I'm planning to send my family on 4th Aug to home (country) to attend some ceremony and wanted to bring them back in Doha by 23rd Aug, 2014 on VISIT VISA AGAIN. Since I have not received Three Salary yet in Doha so cannot apply for family RP. My question is:

Can I apply for family visit visa on 5th Aug (family will leave Doha on 4th Aug) or is there any requirements that I cannot apply for family visit visa within three months? I have to wait for Three Months...is this true?

Use Metrash 2 (or go to Gharrafa office )and issue Rentry permit

and they can re-enter before the current visit visa expires.
