Family Joining Visa

Hai Friends,

I have applied for family joining visa, they told me to check after 3 days. Once checked i found it got rejected, then i personaly went immigiration office, they gave an appointment to meet the committe after 1 week. I went on that day, they aske me 3 questions my name, my company name and about qualification degree or diploma. I hold Diploma in Mechanical engineering from india. They told me to check after 3 days as usual. Even after 5 days the status remained same as rejected. Then i went personally and asked in the counter where one police officer addressed my query. He told iam holding Diploma and not degree hence visa is not granted. Iam getting salary of 16K and my designation is admin director. I have applied with 3 month bank statement, now i have 4th month bank statement too with rental agreement. I have worked in Oman with the same attested diploma certificate and got family visa. My position and salary was given based on my qualification and experience. Now my family life is stuck, i couldn't bring them to Qatar. I couldn't admit my son in school, iam in dilema now. If i cant bring my family i dont know why i have to come to qatar and work.

Can any one guide me to get the family visa. I came to qatar with lot expectations...iam worried now. Is Diploma a concern for Visa
