Number of taxis increased for Ramadan
Mowasalat has geared up for Ramadan by increasing the number of taxis, taking into consideration the difference in peak times and the increased traffic during the evenings.
It has increased the number of airport taxis to meet increasing requirements of pilgrims going for Umrah and taxis lines at shopping malls given the large number of shoppers throughout Ramadan.
Mowasalat has also increased the number of buses, taking into account the change of timings in Ramadan. Operation hours of public transport have been increased in line with change in work hours at companies and the increased demand for service during evenings.
The company is also preparing to take part with Karwa team in the Ministry of Transport Ramadan Football Tournament in addition to the annual Suhoor, distribution of free meals to drivers and Garangao giveaways.
