Permanent Family Visa Lease contract

I have one question,. As i said my Base Salary is QR 12500, my contract says Accomodation provided by company and even transporation.

My Question is If attach the copy of my company lease agreement copy or the tenancy contract is enough???? because its in the company name not in my name. they pay the Electricity as well.

Is it complousary to do a attestation from baladiya. PLease some share your recent experience on this. Please Thank you so much..

If any one submitted for permanent family visa and got the visa approved please share your experience..
