Hello sir, i passed my mbbs from India in the year 2017 which includes 1 year of internship training.After that I worked in a private hospital for 6 months as resident medical officer. I would like to work in Qatar after passing prometric exam. Can I give parametric exam of Qatar with 6 months of experience?

can i apply for data flow having a total of 1 .4 year experience with educational qualifications and experience certificates.And also Iam having gap in between,is there any problem for doing dataflow?what are the other documents required for dataflow of lab technician? please send me a response o my email [email protected]

I believe yes. i got 2 years and 8 months rxperience but only 2 years and 2months was evaluated and approved because of exp gap.. Volunteer nurse is not considered as experience by dataflow. Trainee nurse or reliever nurse is ok

@gibs87 regarding the nurse trainee,can i apply for it even if i am.working as a Nurse in Nursery,because i have no 3 year hospital experience.i was a Nursing reviewer for 3years in the philippines,and not sure if that will be accepted.during the data flow,and i need to take the prometrics soon,and currently working as a nurse in a Nursery here in Qatr already.

Thanks gibs. Do you prefer applying it here in Qatar or on my local country? I dont have any idea how much would they need to confirmed my certificates, everythin is already been taking care of. I just have to know facts before submitting it formally.

there is no minimum experience required for applying for dataflow. but if you are planning to obtain a nursing lisence through that then the minimum experience required is 2 years. if you dont have 2 yrs experience you can apply for a trainee lisence. but dataflow will be required for that too.

thanks gibs that's very helpful info and advice.. i have another question, i finished already my prometric for qatar for general scope nurse. I have read from other post that prometric for specialty nurse is needed. I don't know if it does matter. I am applying my dataflow now thru internet process. thanks again...

Hi Ghunter,

Dataflow and evaluation are different procedures.These are all step by step procedures that will help you obtain a lisence from qatar. First of all you will need to pass the prometric exam. Regarding Dataflow, it can be done by yourself without any employer.It is the verification process of your certificates,lisences and work experience. Once you have completed dataflow you can apply for evaluation but that requires an employer. Evaluation is the process by which they evaluate wether you are eligible and qualified for the post you have been hired. You can apply for dataflow even before you write prometric but prometric is surely required to complete evaluation process.

These all are long processes and its better you right away apply for dataflow and sit for prometry exam as that will increase your chance of obtaining a job here. If you are a male, try with some companies as they hire industrial nurses.
