How to avoid call cost during opponent number busy in vodafone?

I am having vodafone simcard. Whenever my friends are calling me and my mobile is busy in other call, call charge is deducted in their mobile. Because of this my friends refuse to call me. In some vodafone number, I find it is not happening. Is there any ways to avoid happening so. Thanks in advance

No its not voice mail. Depends on ur fone. For example in Samsung Mobiles u go to settings, call settings, additional settings, call forwarding. Disable all!! Or choose one by one and disable.
