QATARI PASSPORT RENEWAL PLEASE HELP

I NEED HELP! I BEEN WAITING FOR 3 MONTHS TO RECIEVE MY RENEWED PASSPORT, DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW LONG THE MAXIMUM TIME TO GET IT APPROVED IS. I GAVE IT TO THE IMMIGRATION ON MARCH AND NOW ITS NEARLY 3 MONTHS TO THE DAY. I HAVENT RENEWED THE PASSPORT FOR OVER 10 YEARS BUT THAT WASNT IN MY CONTROL BUT EITHER WAY THEY SAID 90 PERCENT OUT OF 100, I WOULD GET IT APPROVED AS MY FATHER IS QATARI AND I HAD THE EXPIRED PASSPORT WHEN WE CAME TO THE IMMIGRATION DEPARTMENT. ANY QATARIS KNOW OF ANYTHING I CAN DO TO FIND OUT WHATS GOING ON, I CALL THE IMMIGRATION EVERY 2 WEEKS BUT THEY HAVE NO NEWS AND THEY SOMETIMES DONT ANSWER THE PHONE WHICH I KNOW IS COMMON IN QATAR.
