FAMILY VISA

I applied for Family Resisdence Visa last year September and it was rejected, may be because of my salary was 9,000 then. Early this year I joined another Company with 16,000 salary and i wanted to re-apply. Do i need a fresh application or to schedule meet with MOI with previous application? pls, advance!
