How to cancel Entry visa- Work-Yearly resident

hi all,

I hope you can help me with my problem..

I am still in the Philippines

I have an entry visa from the MOI which was categorized as Work-yearly resident visa, It was not yet stamped in my passport because I backed from the application, I want my existing entry visa to be cancelled because I have an offer from a different employer in qatar. my problem is, how to cancel my current visa? if you have any advice pls share it with me.. I need to cancel the visa as soon as possible because my new employer wants me to be in Qatar by June..

You can't have a new visa if you have still active visa

Although it is possible, I don't think the company will do so because in the first place they hired you and you agreed with the offer. To cancel the visa, the company will also post an amount equivalent to a one way ticket at the airport immigration. Or maybe you can wait after six months as the visa will be cancelled automatically.

The best way to do about this is to come and resign from the company in days, a week or before a month. Maybe you can exit to another country and wait for your new sponsor to issue you a new visa.

Ask new employer , u ll get a right info. if any possibility is there to cancel the visa , as per my knowledge u cant come for two years .
