How good is Consumer protection ministry

I believe some cars in Doha should not be sold here. They are not suited for this climate. I want to gather together who may have purchased car from Domasco dealership and experiencing problems and then approach the dealership or the consumer protection agency to file a form "class action" complain.

1. Frequent breakdowns yet no factory recall e.g. suspension problem

2. Way too expensive parts - 5 times the price in US and 3 times the price in Dubai !

3. Repeated visits to get something done right.
