Hi

I came to qatar on 16.03.2014 and joined as Mechanical engineer in a private construction company. but things are not moving well and dont have job satisfaction and i dont like work culture . i decided to quit my job after getting my april salary (this will be paid after 20th may). What will be the problem if i resign in my probation period.i want to go back to home country. What reason should i write in my resignation letter.

My probation period is 6 months and i am in open contract.

i finished medical and fingering. I am ready to pay the cost of visa & medical.

i just want to go back home country,to search another job

I suggest work for atleast 2 years and till then probably new sponsorlaw might be implemented which will be easier for u..or if ur id is processed and u leave or do not get NOC u will be ban for 2 years...and there is no valid reason i find that u need to drag this company to labour or legal authorities...ur leaving due to unknown reason which is not clear from ur statement...1) things are not moving well...(i did not understand, in what way) 2) job satisfaction (that was ur decision to join)...3) work culture (yes that is every where but need to adjust)...so u do not have a valid reason to leave or resign
