Consumer Protection Law
Dear All,
Please advise me in regards to below situation;
I have many gift vouchers of carrefour which expired already. According to my country's consumer protection law, in order to protect customer's rights, credits which expired could approve 90% of contract amount during 5 years. I would like to know, there is similar law like my country in Qatar. If someone has an idea, please help me.
Thanks.
@coxtown, never mind he's from a country that expired vouchers still exist and entitled to get cash back "refund"....
You are from which country ? read the terms & conditions printed overleaf.
This is Qatar, no suchconsumer protection law. Also for most countries, when your gift voucher or coupons expire, they don't honour it anymore. Full terms and conditions always apply and expiry dates specifically mentioned. Which country protects 90% of the contract amount? I would like to know this? Cheers
