Heat Wave Awareness Campaign (QLVG & QRC)
Dear Volunteers;
I know you all are waiting for the QLVG most popular Campaign 'The Cool Campaign', which we have organized for you during the next weekend (Please see schedule below for details).
This time once again Qatarliving Volunteers Group(QLVG) and Qatar Red Crescent (QRC) will run this Campaign jointly.
Also, we are pleased to inform you that QRC has sponsored this Campaign.
What will be distributed:
2,000 Assorted juices
2,000 small water bottles
3,000 QRC caps
Here area the full details of the Campaign:
Collection and Packing day:
Location: QRC Main Office
Date: Friday, 13th July 2012
Time: from 3pm - 7pm
Snacks and drinks: 7:30pm
Distribution day:
Location: QRC Main Office
Date: Saturday, 14th July 2012
Time: 7AM sharp
Leave for Distribution : 8AM sharp
Return to QRC (After distribution): 12:30PM
Vote of thanks: 12:45PM
Lunch for Volunteers: 1:00 PM (QRC Volunteers Hall)
QRC will provide volunteers with QRC vest and caps on the Distribution day.
After the Campaign we will arrange 'Appreciation Certificate' Ceremony (the date will be announced later)
You are kindly requested to confirm your name for the Packing and Distribution days as mentioned above.
Important Note: Please let us know if you have a vehicle and kindly confirm your name in this thread and mention (Vehicle).
It is important for us to know how many vehicles will be there for distribution, so that we can Group them accordingly.
