had the chance na to meet the owner/developer grabe napaka ganda ng vision nya for ofw... as in ginawa nya madali at affordable sa atin yung chance to own a home...and for those na nauna na po bumili since the initial selling period... kumita na po tayo kse po tumaas na ng 65k yung studio unit.. at pag nai bukas na sa pinas ang project sa mid april itataas na ulit ang price...

FROM 735K TO 799K condo unit...tumaas agad value this month .. by may almost 860k na ito... txt nyo lang po ako if interested kayo...(lima,siyam,tatlo,tatlo,apat,pito siyam) mobile ko po:)

i got mine at 35k per square meter in less than a month nag appreciate na sya to 38k sa apublic offering sa pinas it will reach 41k per square... nde pa tayo halos nakakapag hulog kumbaga reservation pa lang kumita na ang investment natin... text nyo po ako if you need more infos...

bukas po monday night may chance pa tayo ma meet ang developer..text me if you want to come..probably movenpick po venue..
