There is already a topic about this here, but let me write it down again:

If you have any stray-cats that live near your home and you`re able to catch them, PLEASE bring them to the Gorvenement Vet, they`ll neuter them free of charge,and you`ll be able to release them afterwards again where you caught them in the first place....This will help to reduce the amount of Stray-cats in Doha....

The location of the Goverment Vet is on AL MATAR STREET (towards AL WAKRA)....on the corner of the intersection to E-RING ROAD.....on your right side...
You`ve to go onto the sliproad BEFORE you get to that intersection,and drive between 2 bldg in order to get to this bldg....so basicly you entering from the back side...

Call Doctor Mahmoud (5679562) as he`s the Vet who`ll neuter the cats, to see if they do the operations that day....
Normally they operate daily, except on fridays and saturdays...
