please to follow the regulations at licence department and then start the training to get the licence. "catch it if you can "
Is SA not international...is it a local place in qatar
@sima: go to traffic department you just need to transfer your license to Qatari license and try to go with the person who can speak arabic
Go to a Driving school... register urself.. finish ur training... clear the test with police and get the license..
I recently got the License.. so have fair idea bout the entire procedure..
