Has anyone else had trouble with the Mastercard Secure system in Qatar? I used to be able to top up my Ooredoo phone online using my HSBC Mastercard credit card but now it insists on me using the secure system.

It all appears to work fine but when you ask it to send a PIN code to your mobile it takes 2 hours or more to arrive. By that time the web payment has expired.

The old system worked fine. Now I have a credit card I can't use!

Who send the code? The bank or ooredoo? If the bank sends it it might be a new security process when purchasing online. If ooredoo sends it its their fault
