Without contract of the company but terminated ( Is this agains the qatar labor law)

Dear Qatar Living members,

Please help me in my problem was been hired last Nov. 2013, After 3 months ex-company terminated me the reason in my termination paper is they are on cost cutting. But the thing was, they didn't give me a contract. Me and my company had an agreement that they will give me an NOC. Now I have new company to work but the problem my ex company want that I need to give 800qr. amount to use my current visa for them. for me it's unfair to give 800qr. another problem was I still don't have a pataca..I just finished my medical but without finger printing still now. Please help me I want to know my right..

Since you didn't finish your finger print your residency permit is not processed so you may go exit and come back on the new visa as soon as possible.Good luck
