How to search Jobs?

I am new here in Qatar on visit and am looking for Job. But when i click on the Jobs only i find candidates who r looking for Job. Can someone tell me Where i can see that some companies have advertised Vacant situations on this website.

Go through an agency or classified, lot of jobs posted there
