Help needed

We hve supplied materials to Say 'A' company on just thier LPO.. now 'A' company not paying it is almost 6months we are following them, now we decided to file civil case against them on base of invoice and delivery notes, but we do not have thier CR copy and computer card copy, lawyer is demanding to file case.. how to get 'A' companies CR and computer card copy??? pls help

I think the first move is to file complaint with police who will track for them. If you know their bank, make a complaint on the defaulter, it is only an alert message to bank to be vigilant on them. Bank will always have their CR copy + comp. copy but they may not help you as per banks norm. Take legal advise to proceed.
