How to deal with traffic violation black points

Hi,
What are the rules for black points in traffic violation, I recieved 500 QAR fine and 3 black points,
I parked wrong way, my bad. In 5 years this is my first fine.
When i went to pay fine online, the website said, you cannot settle fine online as it contains black points. I called traffic department, but the man hardly knew english and i dont know arabic much, so i did not get answer to how to dissolve black points. What i understood is "you come here"
I will be going to traffic department, but since my arabic is not good, i would appreciate, if you can educate me on how to deal with black points.
Your advice will be appreciated. Just FYI, I parked near the car accessories shops near crazy signal, where i got the fine.

It mean ask for pardon from captain. And tell nicely not do it again next time. Pay the fine and point will clear. Goto madinat khalifa police station
Since you have Black Points, do like this,
1. Go to Traffic department yourself
2. Meet CAPTAIN there & tell him that you have fine + points and you are goint to make the fine payment now.
3. Provide your QID & License in Original , he will remove the POINTS from your license.
4.Now your POINTS are cleared, now you can pay there itself, or you can pay through online.
That's it....
if I am not wrong after a year all points will be remove.. right ??
I think there is a limit of points per year if u exceed that limit then they will cancel your driving license correct me if m wrong....
There is a certain criteria to remove black points...go to police dept and some of the officers speak good english because they are educated...good luck...
