please advice for labour law

Dear all,
I would like to know about that I have been working in qatar since 2003 to during date as a diffrent role in same company but the company is not providing me a good salary,accomodation, transportation,food,overtime etc as my work and period of working time and they are providing about 30-40% more salary to other nationality.if I ask to my department head they are easily say go back to country but I can't go back coz I spend so long time to be a profisnal worker in same company with hard work as different field and got the driving license also with my three month saved salary.please advice me whether I ask release from company???and I was came in qatar under business visa with paid about qar.6000 with own ticket.kindly assist meee...
There are more unfortunate employee in this land than you are with worse situation. My advise, better leave and look for another company in other countries while you can;....otherwise stay.
You are now almost a slave for your company, most of the companies do not recognise an employee's contribution to the company, rather they ignore. My only advise to you, if you are young enough, find another job elsewhere and save money for your future. Do not beg for your life in a overseas country.
