Install Viber or Nimbuzz on your smart phone.. much easier to call anywhere for free... why bother paying ? Alternatively use skype on your PC.

He wants to call QATAR From INDIA...mobilevoir or any betamax group voip call are cheaper to make call from QATAR to INDIA and NOT vice versa , it is very very expensive to call qatar from india. airtel, tata,reliance are cheap compare to voip calls for india to qatar. use skype,wechat,oovoo,viber, at Free of cost
