Family visa

Dear freinds kindly give me a solution to bring my wife, i am working in a construction company, they not allow family viss but she has family visa with her father's sponsorship (before marriege she live in qatar), so there is any leagel issue to live together in doha. Othervise i planing to take a job visa for her it will be leagaly safe ?
