@MM 40 is the new 30, I believe man at this age need to be active and energetic to keep his family happy. It’s not a downhill journey my friend, it should be journey to rejuvenate. Also disagree with the position of being angry with old age parents and growing children, all depends how you live your life with them and how you see it.

The reality is man is considered to have stopped growing up after 40. Now he has stated his downhill journey - physically - ..... then anger starts to take a solid ground in the next 5 years , because of old age parents & issues of young children .... so best is to buy him a book on how to keep cool in situations where one does't has control ...... Congrats !
