I need to apply family visit visa to my wife and baby but my RP apllication still Showing "Application Defered" and i have appointment for meeting on 06th Jan 2014

So any one let me know Can i apply family visit visa while my Family RP on pending

You can apply for visit visa and bring family here, once your family RP is granted, you can convert here itself, no need to go out for visa change.

yes you can apply now,

you can apply family visit visa while your Family RP on pending........within 2 days you can get visit visa......

No it is not possible... because you are still validated your residense
